About Donald L Morelock
Donald Morelock retired in 2011 after 44 years as a professor of piano and music department chair at Schoolcraft College. His students have gone on to win international competitions, enroll in leading music schools, and enjoy rich careers as musicians and conductors. A frequent performer and speaker at national conferences, he has received five national awards for excellence in piano teaching. Morelock is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Music and sits on the UMS Board.

Michael Kondziolka is the Director of Programming at the University Musical Society in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Since coming to UMS in 1987, Michael has worked in part to create a world class performing arts presenter on the University of Michigan campus. In his time with UMS, he has dramatically increased the number and capacity of multicultural performances that the society offers its audiences. Michael holds degrees from St. Olaf college and Carlton College in Minnesota, and has pursued studies in clarinet performance at the University of Michigan.
